I moved to Oakland last year from Monterey, CA where I was born and raised. In the past 5 years I have been to 10+ countries, worked in a couple, and now I am back in the US focusing on my Chemistry degree. I have worked at many different companies in the USA, Australia and New Zealand, so I have a wide variety of business management skills and a strong work ethic. I have 10+ years of customer service experience working in hospitality, mixed media art and IT/AV. I have been working with computers and electronics for 20+ years. I am fully proficient in all of Microsoft Office, Microsoft OS, Mac and most all major Linux distros. I am able to install all hardware and software for all these OS on desktop and laptop computers. As a digital artist I have been using Adobe Photoshop since I can remember. I am not 100% on the whole suite, but I have had my hundreds of hours working in the beautiful Adobe series. Most of my work when I was younger was fixing up photos or adding some layers. In the past 3-5 years I have started using GIMP, Adobe, Autodesk, and some other simple apps/programs to draw from blank pages or add on to photos. I have taken over 100 units at California community college as I've changed my major twice to adapt to my career choice. I started in Nursing but it was too impacted, so I switched to Ecology. After a few semesters working on a BS in Ecology, I realized my passion was where I am now, Chemistry, IT and art. I'm able to quickly adapt to new working environments and conditions. I am energetic & hard working. I have excellent communication skills on the phone, in emails, texts and in person. Thank you for your time to view my portfolio.
